You should delete the esl and replace with the esp. There is no reason to have both active in your load order, even though it technically won't matter. That's the reason why there is no mod manager install option.
i found out you can add mods to the collection that you manually added to vortex and with binary patching i hope i get rid of the esl i thought you have to add download with mod manager option to add it to collection but this will work hopefully i haven't tested it yet , i need a volunteer or i will delete everything and install it from scratch edit : i tested it and it worked
Is anyone having an issue with Ingram not wearing her power armor frame? i'm not sure if this mod is affecting it but it's the only one that i have affecting Brotherhood outfits
I tried getting her back in her frame with commands but she just keeps leaving it and walking around the Prydwen butt-naked
I don't remember if her uniform is changed, but I believe not. Regardless of that, changing the under armor won't push her out of the PA so it's not this mod.
does this mod replace classic combat armor? I'm using a mod that patches combat armor for AR2 enclave and they have the brotherhood insignia on them...
edit: unfortunately both use the "army" skin which this mod has replaced
So revert soldiers to vanilla? Delete all the soldier edits under OUTFITS. And remove the edited soldier records under NPC (might be all of them, but not sure). If you want to remove that requirement all together, you'll have to dig for the pieces under ARMOR and LVL as well and remove all traces of the mod in other categories, and then clean the masters of the mod.
You can also look into REDUX, it's the much improved version of this mod.
Hi! I love your mods but I am a lil lost as to how to fix an issue with this one. For whatever reason the BoS are spawning with a mix of classic and FO4 combat armor. In addition the ones that use the heavy BoS armor with the optional file installed are doing so without any arm... armor. Any ideas?
Some other mod could be conflicting with this one (probably a BoS one). Easy to test by letting this one win all the conflicts and seeing if that fixed it. Keep in mind that spawned NPC's in game will not update their clothing, so you'll have to console resurrect them or go back to a save where they were not spawned yet.
Could also be the new update. I doubt any of my mods got broken with it, but it's possible.
Never had any problems with the collection before here is the link will remove if not aloud https://next.nexusmods.com/fallout4/collections/0dfki7?tab=mods
It sounds to me like NPC records are conflicting and their outfit is overwritten (and this mod is not winning the conflict). I assume in a collection that this would be patched. This mod is still the same, so it has to be on the collection part. I see that the collection hasn't been updated, so I don't see why it would suddenly be an issue. Either it was always an issue with the collection or you did something else that might have caused it.
Yea mate I had a look and had some testers check and it they are all having the same issue I have asked people not to update for now and I have tested updates and it still does it so is there anyway to fix the "NPC records are conflicting and their outfit is overwritten (and this mod is not winning the conflict"
Use xEdit. Load the entire list. Go to this mod, under NPC, see if anything is conflicting with the same records. If it is, about 3/4 down is the assigned outfit, patch it with whatever record is conflicting and it should be good to go.
Since you mention light knights and paladins, those are the ones I had to edit NPC records for to differentiate them from other soldiers, so I assume that is the likely issue. These could be easily overwritten by some gameplay overhaul mod that tweaks health values and stuff.
But if you make a collection and then patch the mods together for that collection, I don't see how you could make a "mistake" like this. You pretty much didn't patch it at that point, which is why I'm confused about it. Either the collection is amateur af, or something you did outside of the collection went wrong and that is causing it.
Thank you for all the Look at me Mods. I do like to point out please, the Brotherhood and Children of Atom mods have 'Deleted Base Records as pointed out by Wrye Bash
You can ignore it. The original mods spawn things into the world space (A set of armor for BoS & ghouls for CoA), that are now "emptied" records that stop them from happening. In my experience, nothing adverse will happen from deleted records.
There is an old bethesda modding superstition surrounding "deleted" records that I can go into details about but I don't feel like rambling. That warning is outdated and should be removed from Wrye Bash IMO.
Any chance I could get a link to download the older FOMOD version of this? I don't remember what version # it was or anything but it was where the Knights wore the Vertibird flightsuit under their classic combat armor, and Scribes were equipped with BOS Recon gear, and occasionally wore lab coats, I think, at least on the Prydwen, and one of the Head Scribes on the Prydwen wore the glasses from the BOS Recon gear mod as well I believe. And I believe the colors you went with were altogether darker, for the combat armor especially. Interested in this version because I much preferred the aesthetic it gave the BOS, and it would match the very awesome looking BOS power armor retexture by Coldchylde.

Tried xedit autoclean but that does not help.

Please and thank you. No biggie if not.
