First Neanka then Old Nick has taken over and is/were maintaining the mod. They can use this mod as their own, and do as they wish. Many thanks for keeping the mod alive.
This mod hooks into the UI, and creates a fake keyring. Don't drop the keyring if it looks like you can. There's nothing to drop. If the keyring isn't showing up, it might be due to a bad installation, or a conflict with another UI mod.
For all your UI needs, from HUD to Inventory, check this out: DEF_UI. You won't be disappointed with the work Neanka put into that :) Includes keyNuker as well.
Has anyone seen the MAs on this one? I have a working version I made for myself but the permissions prevent me from uploading it. Repackaged, no Nuka World crash, requires Complex Item Sorter but that's easy to use.
Can you just post a a mega link to it or something? There's no rules against that last I checked. Or, if there are, nobody listens to it. Myself and plenty of others would REALLY like to use a non-broken version of this.
I'll see about uploading it with instructions. I didn't change the core function so the original mod is still intact. I just repackaged and adapted to Complex Item Sorter.
Really wanted to install this mod to clean up my character's inventory, but I don't know how to make it compatible with HUDFramework and the HFW Compatibility Patch for DEF_UI.
It shows the Nuka World patch (for this mod) redundant with the HUDFramework and DEF_UI Compatibility Patch as it overrides the HUD Menu. Tried the auto patcher for HFW and followed the instructions but it tells me it has already been patched.
So, followed Shaggy's comment and made it to work (great mod, much clutter removed), but the Keyring item is named "Keyring" and since I'm Italian it bugs me it's not named "Portachiavi"! XD
Now I'm not good with this stuff, tried xtranslator to see if there was a string to rename the item, but I only find the various keys' names. Is there a way to edit this?
this line (f4 1.5.205+ compatible. EN esp only with notdotdotdot feature. inspect CTD bug fixed) - might as well be Mandarin to me, how are normal people suppose to understand what any of that means?
After installing the Nukaworld fix I'm constantly getting a message on screen saying "|HUDFramework|GenericUpdate|1|301|1.000000|- 0.063304|1.000000|32.000000|0.000000|0.000000|0.000000" (There are also also combinations of numbers that show up but this is the one I screenshotted)
Is this just because I installed it in the middle of Nukaworld playthrough? Is there a fix for this?

Thanks go to sekoms for the HUD update (after me and Kuroitsune tried and failed to make one )
That should fix most of the problems some have found.
