Version 4.0B
- 1) If Sarah Lyons is Elder [Project Valkyrie mod] you can now convince Father to not destroy the Prydwen in the very early stages of "Airship Down".
- 2) Due to the divisive and controversial nature of AI-generated/deepfaked voice content, this is no longer used to voice the main protagonist (Nate/Nora). The player's synth liberation speech and several other lines of dialog have been revamped entirely and now rely exclusively on already recorded vanilla files, unless you are using the mod "Talk Like Arnie".

Version 3.0B
- 1) Irma and Doctor Amari should now react positively to the news of the Institute's reformation.
- 2) Improved compatibility with the mod "Danse Dilemma" and fixed exploits. If Danse is Elder, you can now skip "Airship Down" peacefully by telling Father to reset Danse. Must be done before speaking to Dr. Waston or Dr. Li.
- 3) If the Brotherhood of Steel is pacified (Synth Maxson as Elder, Danse reset as Elder, or armistice agreed upon with the West Coast Brotherhood), it shouldn't attack Institute checkpoints anymore.
- 4) Deactivated most rumors of the Prydwen being destroyed when it's not.
- 5) Several inconsistent Desdemona dialog lines have been deactivated, such as pretending you know about Patriot before she even brought him up.
- 6) If you have the mods "Start Me Up" or "Galac-Tac Retribution" active under the appropriate conditions, the mod's dialog no longer treats you as Shaun's parent. You can also remove all references to Shaun being your kid with a free holotape from the chem station.
- 7) Freed up space (mainly helpful for Xbox users) by removing a bunch of old audio files from the mod that were no longer in use. No forms were deleted in the .esp so it's safe.

Version 2.1B
- 1. It will no longer be possible under any circumstances to obtain or continue the Railroad quest "Underground Undercover" if the Directorate meeting to free the synths has already begun. Some irrelevant dialog is also removed. (Applies retroactively too.)
- 2. Compatibility improved with the mod "Danse Dilemma". If Danse becomes Elder, "Airship Down" can be ended peacefully by telling Father to reset Danse and use him to control the Brotherhood instead of destroying it. (Does not apply retroactively.)
- 3. The Railroad quests "Rockets' Red Glare" and "Precipice of War" will now always be skipped if you replace Elder Maxson with a synth or if the SRB resets Elder Danse. If an attack on the Railroad HQ is imminent, it will no longer happen. This change will apply even if you fail to convince Synth Maxson or the SRB to let you rejoin the Brotherhood. (Does not apply retroactively.)
- 4. Preparations have been made for compatibility with an upcoming mod.
- 5. For now, there will not be a new Brotherhood-related cutscene or audio ending narration if the "Danse Dilemma" ending is chosen.

Version 2.0B
- a) You can now force the Directorate to unanimously agree to your demands by teleporting Minutemen troops into the Institute and having them occupy it, complete with a new ending narration and/or cinematic. This requires restoring the Minutemen to their former glory including doing Ronnie Shaw's quest "Old Guns".
- b) The Railroad quest "Operation Ticonderoga" will no longer be available after reforming the Institute.
- c) A smoother transition will be available from "End of the Line" to "Nuclear Family" if the Brotherhood was destroyed using the Railroad.
- d) Other minor changes.

Version 1.7B
- a) Fixed an issue preventing the player from sparing the Railroad if the BoS was destroyed using the Railroad before accepting Father's quest "End of the Line".
- b) A new Westworld easter egg has been added during the final Directorate meeting.
- c) If you choose to wipe out the entire Directorate other scientists will later comment on it.
- d) Added two extra lines to Institute Coursers relevant to the events in the mod.
- e) During the quest "The Long March Through the Institute" a quest marker should now also point to Father, this is not a retroactive change, it only applies if you haven't picked up the quest yet.

- a) It's now possible to pause or restart negotiations with the Directorate if you feel that you need more time or leverage to convince certain scientists.
- b) New dialog with Preston Garvey is available if the Institute is reformed.
- c) If you spare the Brotherhood, most Commonwealth residents should no longer spread rumors of the Brotherhood's physical destruction or imply that it has been destroyed.

Version 1.5B
- a) If you replace Maxson with a synth and get yourself reinstated into the Brotherhood and promoted to Sentinel, you can now compel (a very reluctant) Paladin Danse to be your companion again. The new companionship system for him allows him to a be companion alongside other companions and affinity is no longer an issue. If you fail to recruit him the first time, you can try again in 12 in-game hours.
- b) Replacing Maxson with a synth also gets Paladin Danse reinstated into the Brotherhood if he was previously kicked out.
- c) Killing Synth Maxson makes you hostile with the Brotherhood again.
- d) If you choose to wipe out the entire Directorate and get on X6-88's bad side, there are now multiple options to deal with him including wiping his memory. (This change doesn't work retroactively.)
- e) Synth Maxson should now properly leave a power armor when asked to.
- f) PAM's terminal is now fully accessible in the alternate Institute/Railroad ending.
- g) Paladin Danse should no longer open the trade window twice if he's a settler.
- h) X6-88 will drop a synth component now if killed. (This was a vanilla bug/oversight.)
- i) If X6-88 stops being your companion for wiping out the Directorate, you can still trade items with him. This is useful if he's a settler.
- j) It is now possible for other mods to easily detect if the Institute has been reformed using this mod. (Modders, contact me if you wanna know more.)

- a) Sparing the Railroad is now handled a bit differently to correct a major incompatibility with the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.
- b) Nick Valentine should no longer be stuck in the same dialog after the reformation of the Institute.
- c) After Synth Maxson reinstates you into the Brotherhood of Steel following your Mass Fusion betrayal, your relationship with Paladin Danse remains permanently tainted but at least you can now trade items 2 out of 3 times you try to talk to him. This dialog however has been moved to the lowest priority, so it may be overridden by other Danse mods.

- a) You can no longer talk to Father about replacing Elder Maxson with a synth if the Prydwen is destroyed.
- b) Fixed an issue with advancing the quest "Airship Down" if you completed "Rockets' Red Glare" before picking up "Airship Down".
- c) The difference between versions A and B is that version A has no ending cinematics (only audio) while version B is the complete version. Version A is only uploaded to sites that don't allow large cinematic files.
