LOL your "ads" on the screenshots gave me a good chuckle.  Nicely done.  This will be a great addition to my city plan collection.  Great job.  And to sharkball below here, what is this blasphemy you speak?!!  Do you not know that all denizens of the Commonwealth use this tool?  What sorcery is this that allows you to have no use of it?  /giggle

EDIT:  Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe the user needs to have the Wasteland Reconstruction Kit installed as it's designed to be used to build but not required to use the build after.

      Hi and thanks

I'm not sure about the Wasteland Reconstruction Kit, I never tried it without.
I mainly just listed what I used in building it.

Anyone can download and use it, but if you build with it, it's not a requirement for the downloader.  KG and Co. worked their voodoo so anything you use from it isn't needed by the person using it.  Listing what you used is good, but from a downloader's perspective, they need to know what they have to download to make it work, make sense?

Ya I just hadn't tested it without using that and wasn't aware it was just required as a builder tool not a required mod for the city.
Still learning as I go. Just started using it last month.
Thanks for letting me know I'll make some adjustment as I go.

I haven't even attempted to build a city plan, as I haven't built a settlement yet that I'd want to share heh.

This is from the description page of the Reconstruction Kit:

"This way you minimize the number of mod requirements for players to use your settlement! In fact, they don't even need the Wasteland Reconstruction Kit installed, just Sim Settlements 2 itself."

Now ya know!  Good luck on your building, it's always nice to have more builders with different ideas to add to the wealth that is SS/SS2.

Thanks for pointing that out and everything else.
      I'll adjust the requirements.
      Nice chatting with you

Does this really require Place Everywhere?

You could try it without the place everywhere. If you aren't building any additions then everything should stay placed as it is without that mod.

The RocketVille plan was excellent.  Going to test this one. thanks for the special attention to the stages. the concept worked great for me since I do not populate the settlement with random generic settlers .Think it will be possible to just stick in a couple of extra pillars without additional power lines mod . GOOD LUCK in the contest.

      Hi,

      Thanks very much.
I've really tried to expand on the stages in this one, wanted to see just what it could do. I'm just starting the 3rd community now. Hoping I can get it done before the contest end on the 28th, alot of space to work with.
If you want to add additional pillars without power lines, they can be found in the WRK building category, next to the SS2 icon.
Look under "Structures, "Painted Wood. Each color has a pillar or supports you can use.
You may have to stack them in areas, unfortunately it can be tedious as you have to manually align them.
They don't have it under the normal wood tho for some reason.
The posts I use in this one are under the SS2 power, the posts were taller and allowed for easier placement & shorter lines, but do have line connections.
By doing it that way the lines are short enough you don't need the power lines mod.
I only used it in my first town as the tall metal tower is to tall for normal lines, but this community you shouldn't need it.
If you replace that tower, you can reorganize the lines and posts without the need for the power lines mod on that community.
Hope that helps and thanks again
