Changes:
- Fixed the levelled list integration making some of the weapons much more common.
- Adjusted several recoil of some weapons.
- Some NPC sound fixes.

Also includes all prior changes..

Optional patch to fix the purple sight glass issue that occurs on AMD cards and Intel integrated graphics by removing the meshes. Not recommended for Nvidia users since they do look better with the glass.
