any reason why ? i guess it doesnt really matter was just curious because was checking for updates in vortex and this mod had a red flag so i uninstalled it altogether
I've released a new version of this project called Combined Arms Integration Project, which covers the weapons from Combined Arms and its official Expansion Pack. Thanks to DankRafft for giving me permission to do this and build it from WPIP. Cheers!
NO 7.62x54r and .308 are different 7.62x51 NATO is close to .308 the difference is the pressure. the 308 has more pressure than 7.62x51 NATO you can even fire a 7.62x51 NATO in a .308 chambered GUN but not the other way around. correct me if I'm wrong
What yallareallfakeandbroken said is simply just not true, the R in 7.522x54R stands for being rimmed, also the diameter and pressuring on the two are totally different. Now what kingyanz1992 said is actually true and you can indeed shoot 7.62x51 on .308 gun 7.62x51 having lower pressure but as always it's recommended to use the correct ammo for every gun for best results and safety, on the other way around shooting .308 out of 7.62x51 is possible too but not recommended as the pressure is higher and so is diameter a bit so in active use will damage the gun on long run.
Note: If you use a weapon replacer mod to replace all miniguns with the M249, Super Mutants can't use these weapons, so they will attack you with their bare fists instead.
I'm level 2 right now, no gun nut perk. I tried the first reflex sights available for the AKM and for the Steur Aug, but there's a bug, there is no zoom. The base game 10mm pistol is better than those 2 weapons, that doesn't make sense.. (Edit) Is there a solution for this bug? Can someone help? Also, I just found a small pistol (m9a1) that does almost the double of the damage than the steur aug(semi-auto). Still level 2 no perks whatsoever. Please help
If you think giving players all the free ammo they desire at the chem bench is "fair and balanced" - you and I must be looking at two different dictionaries in regards to those terms.
Dude, great mod! However, why include a weapons mod with leveled list integration and then add a default option at the chem bench for unlimited free ammo? That seems counterintuitive and undermines the balance that leveled list integration aims to maintain between the player and enemies. At the very least, you could have included a toggle or checkbox during installation for those who want free ammo instead of making it the default.
Anyone else notice that the SG 550 has significantly less damage than it's 5.56x45mm counterparts?
I checked in FO4edit and the SG 550's magazines seem to be the culprits, they reduce the damage. Once I removed the 'AttackDamage' property from each of the magazines, they align with the other 5.56 weapons properly.
Imo, I don't get the not-lore friendly tag, since almost all of these weapons are actually canon. It's almost as if people have forgotten that the world of Fallout still went through most of real history, and that despite the retro aesthetic it still retains some real life tech. Just a thought.
Amazing mod, but enemies drop way too much ammo, like raiders with AKM will drop 120 rounds on death, which I think is too much ammo, especially for survival mode, any way to change this?

Anyone is welcome to make and release a patch themselves though.
