Removes the AbLegendaryEpxlode keyword on every legendary rad-rat encounter so that they dont explode when killed. I dont know why that's the case but you know, Bethesda.
This should be compatible with mods that doesnt edit the actor effects of legendary rad-rats
if playing with an old save, radrats that have already spawned will still explode, so be careful
