20 exp seems like to much. 5 tops as you can shoot the buggy bastards anywhere really. edit:So can the exp value not be edited at all in FO4edit? tried to make smaller but there is f*#@ all for exp option anywhere
It's in the scripts, not in the plugin. Apparently it can't be modified with xEdit. I unpacked the ba2, used Champollion to turn the compiled .pex file scripts into source .psc files for editing, changed the XP amount in both files ("Game.RewardPlayerXP(20, False)" to "Game.RewardPlayerXP(5, False)"), then re-compiled them in the Creation Kit.
In my heavily modded game (400+ mods) there are also crows on the bridge and power lines near Tenpines, the bridge you would probably usually cross to go towards Zimonja and Skylanes flight 1981. I'm honestly not sure if one of my mods adds crows or not though but it's worth checking in your game.
Yes there are but the one i am speaking to the author in particular is Basic Fishing since i feel there should be more about fishes so i'm wondering if there will be another mod like it in the future.
The only thing that I can think of that would make this mod better would be if they had a chance to drop a synth component or a smaller version of it, i.e. the synth crow cut content.
Also, you should consider making a compatiblity patch with Lootable Birds so they drop the meat added in that mod for cooking.

There is an Institute monitor screen where you can see their spawn areas.
