About this mod
Have you ever wanted a Glowing Settler living in your settlement? Ever wanted Oswald look-a-like to live at your settlement, then you were forced to kill him by evil Bethesda? Well, I've made your awfully specific dreams come true!

Adds Settlers that are Sentient Glowing Ones. It should be the same spawn rate as normal Ghouls.
Note
- The Screenshots were taken with an ENB and Reshade that darkens the world, giving it a depressing look. Thus making the glow look weaker than it is. But I assure you, it's as strong as Oswald's glow.
- The code to spawn them in is player.placeatme XX00080B (Replace the XX with the Mod Index characters.) then simply go into the workshop, and "move" them to a settlement.
- THIS IS NOT A REPLACER. It's completely standalone. Thus, it may require a few patches to work with everything.
Known Bugs
- Yeaah? It seems to be a voice bug. I'll try my best to fix it.
- Oswald's skin seems to break on armors that have exposed skin, for example: the Tattered Rags. Don't know how to fix that.
Report any more bugs.
Future Plans
- Make a Female Version; This likely won't happen soon. As I would need to remake the textures for Females, at least that's what I believe I would need to do.
