Author notes
To put it bluntly, I don't really give a shit. Do what you will with my "mod". Hell, don't even credit me, what I did was very simple and is not praiseworthy.

Adds Settlers that are Sentient Glowing Ones. It should be the same spawn rate as normal Ghouls.
Note
- The Screenshots were taken with an ENB and Reshade that darkens the world, giving it a depressing look. Thus making the glow look weaker than it is. But I assure you, it's as strong as Oswald's glow.
- The code to spawn them in is player.placeatme XX00080B(Replace the XX with the Mod Index characters.) then simply go into the workshop, and "move" them to a settlement.
- THIS IS NOT A REPLACER. It's completely standalone. Thus, it may require a few patches to work with everything.
Known Bugs
- Yeaah? It seems to be a voice bug. I'll try my best to fix it.
- Oswald's skin seems to break on armors that have exposed skin, for example: the Tattered Rags. Don't know how to fix that.
Report any more bugs.
Future Plans
- Make a Female Version; This likely won't happen soon. As I would need to remake the textures for Females, at least that's what I believe I would need to do.
