Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
This new Strategic Settlement Site was taken by the Wasteland Army/Navy as a new site to help the flow of supplies and Troops to the various parts of the commonwealth. As always you will need to clear all the Ghouls and enemies in the location before you can use the workshop. There are still random spawn points with in the settlement i did not move them as they spawn merchants and other scripted acts from the vanilla game.Everything that is normally scrappable in the workshop should be scrappable here also , but some things are connected to the precombines of the dam area itself and i left those alone.
