About this mod

Modifies the highway system throughout the Commonwealth to make it passable. Also adds numerous access points to the highway system.

This mod can be seen as an alternative to Highway Runner, which is good mod that does a similar thing.

Instead of a single ESP, these changes are separated into 15 plug-ins which each correspond to an area of the map. These plug-ins are ESL flagged ESPs which should make resolving conflicts easier, as well as not taking up an ESP slot. Because this mod makes world edits and the current versions rebuild precombines and previs in a few cells, I recommend loading this as close to last as possible.

The 16th plug-in (Encounters) adds a number of chokepoint encounters on the overpasses. These encounters use the vanilla chokepoint pack-in and are placed so that they will work without any other mods.

The load order of these plugins didn't seem to matter when I tested it, although I didn't test all possible combinations. I use the following order in case it does matter:
PH_HighwayProject_Encounters
PH_HighwayProject_Northbound
PH_HighwayProject_Westbound
PH_HighwayProject_Lexington
PH_HighwayProject_Tucker
PH_HighwayProject_Graygarden
PH_HighwayProject_ArcJet
PH_HighwayProject_MassPike
PH_HighwayProject_Westing
PH_HighwayProject_GlowingSea
PH_HighwayProject_Quincy
PH_HighwayProject_FH
PH_HighwayProject_Revere
PH_HighwayProject_Dunwich
PH_HighwayProject_NorthBoston
PH_HighwayProject_NukaWorld

The FH plug-in requires Far Harbor and the Nuka-World plug-in requires Nuka-World. Version 0.6b and up requires the Vault-Tec DLC for the Quincy plugin. All other plug-ins require only the base game. If you'd like some of this in Nuka-World, try Highway Restoration Project for Nuka-World.

Does NOT patch the collapsed highway near Goodneighbor for two reasons: It's already a very busy area with high likelihood of conflicting with other mods and there is a bypass already present in the base game.

It is largely navmeshed and I modified some existing navmeshes to prevent companions (and anyone else) from walking over holes thinking its solid ground. That being said, I recommend using Companion Fall Damage Immunity or a similar mod as a precaution.

It is compatible with South of the Sea, just make sure that South of the Sea is loaded after this mod.
