This mod has now been incorporated into the main files of the original Reinforcement Radio ?mod as its own separate edition. Visit that mod page to update to v3.0.0 and track there for any future updates.

Hey man, you said the Radio Reinforcements Core Framework needs to be installed but you haven't put it as a requirement for this mod.

Thanks for the feedback, I  haven’t because you can specify a single file other than writing a comment which I might do. In reality it doesn’t change anything though.

So this is like Fallout Commander but for MM only?

      Yes and no.

My initial aim was to have the mod very basic and primarily an alternative to the flare gun to allow for better use of the Militarized Minutemen uniforms and armors.

As I learnt new scripting techniques it sort of evolved a bit beyond that. It's more of a middle ground between the vanilla flare gun and FCOM.

I don't normally do ask for this sort of thing, but could a optional file be added to this allowing those who use Wasteland Melody's service rifle be able to use this mod?

I may, in time, come back and do this. The current mod setup doesn’t lend itself for this to be easily implemented and then maintained.

BTW: I think you can just set separate requirements for this and add is an optional file to the main mod page you already have for this. IMO it's best to keep everything in one place otherwise discussion, bug reporting, etc. tends to get fragmented across different mod pages - not to mention endorsements and download counts.

Haven’t seen a way to separate download requirements between different versions on one mod page.
