Fixed an oversight that would cause the Super Atomic Laser Gun to heal targets instead of killing them.

Fixed the code handling removing excess ammo when switching from a high capacity gun to a low capacity gun. The original code didn't have its variables defined, so it would end up removing ALL of the gun's ammo and break the regen if you unequipped the gun.
Removed an unnecessary cubemap that had snuck into the file archives.
Added an NPC ammo list to the gun, so NPCs that spawn with it can actually use the bloody thing.
Added armor penetration to the collimator modules.

Crafting the gun now requires Science 2 instead of Science 4
Raised the gun's base damage from 24 to 30
Tweaked the gun's ammo script, so switching from a high-capacity gun to a low-capacity gun won't leave you with the high-capacity gun's ammo count.
