Update: Adds minor lighting improvements to the second story and a new room to the basement for power armour storage.
Uses the Cabot house cell as a player home with some minor improvements such as lighting and sound. I've made the lighting a little less overpowered and removed some of the small artifacts. For the sound I have added a subtle wind effect next to the windows and front door.
There is also a workshop and multiple power connectors throughout the house so you can build, as well as floor collision so objects don’t just pass through the ground.
Location: I picked a nice place within the flooded part of the city, next to University point.
I also added a small loft area fully nav meshed and a single unique pillar asset because I wanted to do a Shawshank Redemption easter egg.
