About this mod

Replaces the roofs of sanctuary hills with their pre-war versions, textures have been swapped and roof pieces added to patch any remaining holes. Requires "Sanctuary Player Home Repaired(ish)" for textures and player home changes.

This mod is not compatible with the optional roof repair file found in my Sanctuary Player Home Repaired(ish

Did you know that Codsworth has a roof repair subroutine? Neither did he, so for the past 200 years Codsworth has been trying to patch holes and keep Sanctuary Hills standing.

This mod simply swaps the models to the pre-war models used in the prologue, the textures have them been swapped with the post war ones so that it fits in.

This was created using only the fallout 4 main file and my own Sanctuary Player Home Repaired(ish) mod (it will likely not be compatible with the optional roof repair file found in that mod) so it should work for everyone who has both (except PS4 due to custom textures), I am unaware of any other conflicts though i would assume any mod that changes the houses in sanctuary will cause problems (I know that "clean sanctuary homes" does not conflict).

The only changes made were to the roofs the missing debris on the floor is a result of another mod, as is the grass.

Changing the walls would require a lot of skills that I do not possess as the other houses in the prologue are static all-in-one buildings that don't have interiors.

There is an issue with not being able to build on the roofs, I assume that this is due to using the pre-war objects that likely were not built with workshop in mind. I am completely unsure how to resolve this. As such I recommend mods that let you build anywhere.

Recommended Mods (not created by me, but used in the screenshots):
True Grass
Clean Sanctuary Homes
Rickety Restored Sanctuary Bridge (not in the screenshots but looks great)
Place Everywhere (To build on the roof)
