They look the same as their Recreational/Industrial counterparts but have the benefits of the new Municipal classes. We're adding them as duplicate versions so that we won't break the balance of any existing city plans with those plots in them.

- Fixed the broken fetch quest from the Ice Cream and Power Armor shop (the alternative if you don't have high luck or intelligence).
- The bed in level 1 Home Sweet Home (interior Residential) now correctly counts as two beds.
- Corrected placement information (relative to the foundation) for the plots: Night Dribblets, Power Tower, Wall Tower, Knob Defense, Barracks, Blair Motel. You may need to refresh the plots to get the fix.
- Fixed a blocking collision issue for Blair Motel (the reason for the previously boarded up front door).
