You can either reduce your mod load and start a new save game or just plan on spending more time in your settlements. Don't "bounce dive" and spend less than 5 minutes in a settlement.
Console Commands to skip quest stages NO. Don't do it unless it comes directly from Kinggath or a support team member like myself. In the majority of cases you will break the mod using console commands to skip quests or quest stages because this mod was not designed for that. You can skip ALL the quests with an option in the holotape under Tools > Cheats.

It's just not fair to the author of the mod. The author of the translation requires direct payment. There would be no problem if it was a voluntary optional donation.

Hadn't played in a while, and started a new save. I forgot that placing a beacon would spawn Jake, but I haven't wanted to deal with him, and now he's been following me across half the wasteland as I try to ignore him until I'm ready. Unfortunately for SS2, there's already plenty of quests and locations in the base game and DLCs, so I personally find the quests for this mod to be more annoying than anything. For some reason the upgrade computer mission was stuck on 999 despite me having over 10,000 of every material... so i used cheat mode. Finally got to the 2nd intercepted radio chatter and Berman (who is still dead in the basement as literal chunks of meat) is apparently still alive????

Maybe it's because it took me several in game years to realise the resources were bugged? But yeah... He's somehow alive again...
There is even more errors in FO4 main .esm - Fallout4.esm is full of errors so many errors xEdit can crash when check for errors (just kidding). Impressive it is working.. error =/ error
