v2: Complete rebuild of the settlement.
I built up Graygarden to be a robot settlement. Provides job duties for up to 10 robots. There's food and water that is produced here, but no sleeping accomodations are provided for normal settlers.
One of the warehouse buildings contains a robot workbench for "production and maintenance". Inside the greenhouse contains an eyebot station. The other warehouse building is a small "home" for the player.
Remove the mutfruit trees on the outside of the greenhouse and the waterpump. Scrap the chainlink fence on the right side of the greenhouse. Leave everything else.
