Ever wonder why you're able to craft a reflex sight but aren't skilled enough to even make a standard stock? Tired of able to craft a sophisticated barrel on one gun, but can't even make a grip for another? Than you're at the right place.

How are you determining what is required?
Here's the logic that is behind the new requirements :
I consider "Gun Nut" perk as the level of proficiency that reflects the vault dweller's mechanical manufacturing and mechanical engineering capabilities for all firearms.
"Science" perk, should represents the scientific knowledge of all scientific spectrum.
"Blacksmith" Perk, is the capability to sharpen, machine and weld melee weapons.

What are some examples?
To make a standard stock, it will require some mechanical manufacturing skills, thus it requires 1 Gun Nut to make, all across the board. The same type of stock shouldn't be any harder to make for another gun.
To make a scope, it will require more knowledge and skill. Physics for one, understanding of refraction. Also you will need the capability to bring it to reality through precise crafting. Thus it will require 3 Gun Nut and 2 Science to create.

What does this mod change?
The mod cover the Melee Weapons, ballistic firearms, energy weapons and heavy weapons.

Will there be mod conflict?
As long as your other mods don't change constructible objects, for example, anything that changes the component requirements for modifications will conflict with this mod. Otherwise, you will be fine.

Does this mod require DLC?
For the main files, yes. If you don't have DLC, I got optional files that you may download that's vanilla only.

What file do I download?
I try to give specific descriptions below every file, so download which ones you need. See through scope has two forms, one replaces the scopes, the other adds more scopes to existing ones. Depending on which one you select, please download the correct files and put the patches in later in your load orders to avoid any problem.

- Vanilla, DLC file merge, so it only require one file. (Will still provide the option for Vanilla only File download.)
