Underground Hideout V1.6 Now Released! There is quite a bit changed in this update and I am hoping to improve stability with this mod.
HEIDI script optimizations
PPASS script optimizations
Removed power armor teleport function due to bugs
Fixed mailbox autosorter delay
Fixed HEIDI autosorter delay
Solved water splashing issue
Added bobblehead quest object status script remover to autosorters so you can deposit bobbleheads properly
Removed hammering idle marker in player bedroom
All crafting workbenches in the UH are now linked to the workshop container of the settlement where you build the UH elevator
Fixed issue with commissary showing double inventory on some objects
Fixed issue with ingredient respawn script
Regenerated PreCombMeshes and PreVis
Cleaned with xEdit
Unfortunately this update is not compatible with previous versions of the Underground Hideout due to the scripting changes. I tried testing it and previous save games were quite unstable due to the way Bethesda games bake data into the save files. Updating from existing saves using V1.5 of the Underground Hideout is not recommended and will not be supported. Please use V1.6 on new save games, or one that has never installed the Underground Hideout before.
Underground Hideout - Basement Settlement has also been updated, please match versions if you use this mod. Underground Hideout V1.6 with Underground Hideout Basement V1.6 *or* Underground Hideout V1.5 with Underground Hideout Basement V1.5
Uploaded a new archive to change the Underground Hideout workbench container link. The script from V1.6 did not work properly with Workshop Framework installed. V1.6.1 Edits one script to make the workbench container links work properly with Workshop Framework installed.
If you are having issues with the shared resources after updating from V1.6 to V1.6.1 try moving or storing and replacing the UH elevator to rerun the script that links resources.
Also another question, does the power actually shut off in the bunker when the Fusion core is empty? Mine ran out and it still looks pretty lit inside the base.
That has been a standing issue with custom power armor. I've never had an issue with any of the power armor that is in the game or from the Creation club. (I have them all and they don't disappear.) My experience is that most of the power armor you download is going to disappear. It's a draw back. Now if you're having regular armor vanish from the display then that is a new issue.
How long is the Rapid Unscheduled Disassembler supposed to take to convert items to junk? Does it only work with certain items? Left some stuff in for a while and nothing happened.
Love the mod, but the ambient sounds get kinda bothersome after a while with the constant creaking of the place. Would there be a way to edit that out in xEdit or the like?
Decided to install this magnificent mod in my game again but sadly found the Followers patch v1.6.1 didn't work and my four lady followers went in with me and made the place very crowded. I then reverted to v1.5 which worked fine so I'm sticking with it for now.
Regardless, this is an amazing mod with so much detail and IMO I believe this is what all Player Homes should be like, thank you again for all your work, respect.
so I did something stupid: I uninstalled a mod adding a gun that was displayed on a gun rack in the hideout. Now the rack is empty and I can't interact with it anymore. Reinstalling the mod does not fix the issue. Does anybody know if it's possible to "reset" a gun rack with the console or something?
try using the cheat console and then click on the gun rack then type disable exit the console then go back into the console then type enable and see if that works. as long as u clicked on the gun rack before u did disable u dont need to click on it agian when u click on it u should see a the object id of the gun rack pop up on your screen.
Unfortunately, that does not work. Disable makes the rack disappear, and enable makes it appear again, but I still can't interact with it. Thanks for the suggestion it was worth a shot
This issue is not solely triggered by weapons provided by mods. as even a small number of vanilla game weapons can exhibit this behavior, such as Pickman's Blade. This occurs because there is something particular in their code, rather than it being dependent on whether they are provided by mods or not.

I think I'm just tired and unintelligent rn after my finals because it was entirely user error
