Fixed issue with commissary showing double inventory on some objects
Fixed issue with ingredient respawn script
Regenerated PreCombMeshes and PreVis
Cleaned with xEdit
Unfortunately this update is not compatible with previous versions of the Underground Hideout due to the scripting changes. I tried testing it and previous save games were quite unstable due to the way Bethesda games bake data into the save files. Updating from existing saves using V1.5 of the Underground Hideout is not recommended and will not be supported. Please use V1.6 on new save games, or one that has never installed the Underground Hideout before.
Underground Hideout - Basement Settlement has also been updated, please match versions if you use this mod. Underground Hideout V1.6 with Underground Hideout Basement V1.6 *or* Underground Hideout V1.5 with Underground Hideout Basement V1.5
Uploaded a new archive to change the Underground Hideout workbench container link. The script from V1.6 did not work properly with Workshop Framework installed. V1.6.1 Edits one script to make the workbench container links work properly with Workshop Framework installed.
If you are having issues with the shared resources after updating from V1.6 to V1.6.1 try moving or storing and replacing the UH elevator to rerun the script that links resources.
Decided to install this magnificent mod in my game again but sadly found the Followers patch v1.6.1 didn't work and my four lady followers went in with me and made the place very crowded. I then reverted to v1.5 which worked fine so I'm sticking with it for now.
Regardless, this is an amazing mod with so much detail and IMO I believe this is what all Player Homes should be like, thank you again for all your work, respect.
so I did something stupid: I uninstalled a mod adding a gun that was displayed on a gun rack in the hideout. Now the rack is empty and I can't interact with it anymore. Reinstalling the mod does not fix the issue. Does anybody know if it's possible to "reset" a gun rack with the console or something?
try using the cheat console and then click on the gun rack then type disable exit the console then go back into the console then type enable and see if that works. as long as u clicked on the gun rack before u did disable u dont need to click on it agian when u click on it u should see a the object id of the gun rack pop up on your screen.
Unfortunately, that does not work. Disable makes the rack disappear, and enable makes it appear again, but I still can't interact with it. Thanks for the suggestion it was worth a shot
This issue is not solely triggered by weapons provided by mods. as even a small number of vanilla game weapons can exhibit this behavior, such as Pickman's Blade. This occurs because there is something particular in their code, rather than it being dependent on whether they are provided by mods or not.
It's delightful to see that the issue of game freezing caused by sorting items has been resolved. Now, items that cannot be sorted will directly return to the player's backpack. However, the disappearance of objects has always been a severe problem. Sometimes it's the clutter on the desktop, and at other times, it's various workbenches, or even the power armor in display cases. I surmise, and I hope, that you could at least add a button to manually reload all items that failed to load correctly.
that basically turns fallout 3 into a new game even if it that's not what it does its a huge mod so it changes a lot of files so i doubt this could work on that
I have had continuous issues with the auto sorting feature as well as the power armor storing feature. From what I can tell, it has something to do with this mod putting things back into my inventory if it goes unsorted. Specifically, if the items being put back into the inventory are mod created items. After I put all of the items I want sorted (mod created items as well) into the sorting chest and then choose "Sort Items in This Chest" the screen will freeze and it won't come out of it unless I close the game through steam or the task manager. It's NOT a CTD, only a frozen screen that I have waited upwards of 5 minutes to clear. If I ensure that only vanilla items are put into the chest to be sorted I have absolutely no issues using the sorting feature.
To be clear, this mod is AMAZING. the attention to detail is absolutely on point. It is absolutely worth the download. Just be cautious and save before trying to sort items into the sorting chest if you are not sure if they are vanilla or mod items.
The item sorting function is the #1 reason I downloaded this mod so I would love to see this patched.
Edit: It seems that potentially the only mod clothing I am having issues with is TumbaJumba's Gunner Armor Collection. After testing one by one, I have found that there aren't any issues with the other clothing mods I have currently.
if u put a bunch of stuff in the sorter at once its going to freeze because it is sorting alot of stuff u just need to wait till it unfreezes theres nothing that can be done about that unless u put smaller amountsin at a time
That has been a standing issue with custom power armor. I've never had an issue with any of the power armor that is in the game or from the Creation club. (I have them all and they don't disappear.) My experience is that most of the power armor you download is going to disappear. It's a draw back. Now if you're having regular armor vanish from the display then that is a new issue.
Hey uh, I'm thinking of moving the elevator from Sanctuary to another settlement, but I thought I'd ask.
What happens if I scrap the elevator and place it in another settlement? Will all the stuff I have stored in it get deleted, or will it all stay in the containers/displays?
From my experience everything that is stored in the interior cell of the Underground Hideout will be preserved and accessible again once you've placed the elevator at its new location, although some of the hideout settings will be switched back to their defaults (like whether fast travel places you in front of the elevator or inside the hideout) and need to be changed back to your preferred setting.
el mod esta buenisimo y todo bien por dias pero de repente fui a entrar de nuevo y cuando esta en la pantalla de carga me cierra el juego estaba funcionando perfecto no se que paso
Same here. Sometimes if I leave an armor frame in the PPASS and come back it will allow me to store it. But it's really hit or miss, more miss than hit. So far, I've only had it work after I'd forgotten about it, ran about doing my business and come back, then it would let me store it. But only once and only if I don't touch the armor before I try to store it, then it won't sense another power armor again. Really frustrating and this display is really gorgeous. I hope someone knows how to fix this.
Edit: Found another decent workaround. If you have a companion wear the PA and direct them as close to the PPASS as possible and tell them to get out of the PA, the PPASS will detect it every time. It's only when the Player wears it that it won't work. Warning do not do this. Found side effect. All my power armors worn by companions and stored via PPASS disappeared from existence after leaving to do a few quests and coming back... 17 different full PA sets, just gone....
Late to the question but here is what works for me. While wearing the PA, move to the door, but stand just outside of it. Look left, down the hallway of PA display hangars. Move/strafe to the right so that about 1/4 of the screen in 1st person is blocked by the wall, and exit the armor. Now, when you select the option to store the PA it should move to the pod for storage.
Hmmm.. I guess I'll give that a shot. But I'm not sure if that will work in VR. I have to say this is very buggy. The last time I was experimenting with this after my power armors disappeared, I started having more issues. Like the stored PA frames count was way off or not updating. At one point I could pull an infinite amount of frames from storage.
Is anyone able to fix/patch this so it is compatible with Sim Settlements 2? I love this mod and want to use it, but can't in my current playthrough using SS2 (A Story Wealth). I don't know enough to understand what the problem is - but someone here must know how to fix this! Thanks so much!
How does this conflict with SS2? Just curious as I had not noticed any issues the last time I use both. I've even seen someone post an SS2 Settlement with the UH Basement Settlement add-on.
