didn't work, just placing lights around sanctuary and by lights i mean street lights because i like power grids, it's almost full. and i've had a bigger grid settlement without this mod. i feel like it made my budget smaller.
Well, it increases the budget from 3,000,000 to 3,675,555,555, so either you did not run the command bat bigset or your feels need re-calibrated. I'd say the former.
i ended up picking this mod (new infinite settlement budget plugin by nakugaka and angellicktrooper) it works flawless, it went from 90% full on sanctuary (with this mod/ vanilla) to 0% full.
(and you guessed it, i didn't do the console command. which is why it didn't work, i guess it's what happens when you download multiple mods a session)
Not just for console, my PC is modest but hardly a potato (i7-3770, gtx1050ti, 12gb) yet gets sluggish at vanilla limits in some places (for example Bunker Hill) once a typical attack takes place. But aye, quieter out-of-town settlements should've had bigger limits.
I can add the command to the fallout.ini right?(with sStartConsoleCommand) I already have a bat that makes my automatron companions essential what's the syntax to mark multiple bat files so i can run them both? i'll try with comma but might as well ask here in case i'm wrong
Hello! Does this work for Vault 88 as well? I didn't see it mentioned, and i probably won't get to it in-game for a while, just wondering if i need a separate mod for that one- thank you for your time, and for this mod!
Hi, I tried to download this but there are only bigset.txt file in the zip. there are no .bat file. is this intended? and, does this compatible with sim settlement 2?
NMM Download won't install through the nexus mod manager. It throws an error. Big Budget Settlements - Bigger Budget Damit // A problem occurred during install: This mod does not have the correct file structure for a Fallout 4 mod that NMM can use. It will not work with NMM. The mod was not installed. // Install // Of course a manual "install" works but then there should not be a Vortex download button if it's not going to put the file where it goes on its own.
if your interested in a mod that increases build borders for all settlements including DLCs i know of this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29095 (All Settlements Extended - Player's Choice).
When using mods like these, it helps using Buffout 4 and Baka Scrap Heap. Buffout 4 helps with a lot of memory mishandling in the engine (and the author's a bit of a stability-saving hero, among Skyrim mod users). Baka Scrap Heap helps if you're using Sim Settlements.
Just mentioning before the incoming "this broke my gaem reported!!" slew of posts. Thanks for this btw!

does this expand building borders and Height, or just the 1/100 limit?
