About the recoil: I strongly believe in laser shouldn't have any. While I can agree that it may affect the balance, but only slightly. I mean, it's not that hard to keep your conventional SMG on target in full auto, you just don't have to do it for this one, and that's the whole point of laser emitter. So no, I'm not adding the recoil to a laser gun.
About the 1.0b update: I believe I have fixed all "transparent" legendaries, but most likely fix won't work on existing saves because those glitched old legendaries has been already distributed. Two ways to fix on existing saves: 1st is to perform clean reinstall (disable AER15.esp, load game, save game, quit game, enable AER15.esp, load game, should work), but this way is "dirty". 2nd way is to attempt to relaunch legendaries distribution quest: - open console, type "help AER15 4 weap", remember the first two digits of the ID - type "resetquest XX008AFB" (XX will be two digits from previous step) - close the console and wait for a few seconds - open console and type "setstage XX008AFB 10" - done, check if it helps
About the missing attachments: There is a vanilla engine bug with custom attach points disappearing from workbench if the player have more than one instance of the weapon in inventory. Leave only the one you're going to modify before using workbench.
The mod used to ask if I wanted to replace Institute weapons or not but it doesn't lately. Any way to NOT replace Institute laser rifles? Gun is fine but it doesn't fit my Terminator themed synths.
Goddamn, I was looking for a gun mod because I do have lots of unused MF Cells and the vanilla guns aren't really to my liking. I found this and read the description. It was spot on for me. Thanks for this, I'm gonna try it out. Gun kinda looks small in-game but it's okay.
Hi, I'm trying to start a new game and reduce my unused mod count and for some reason when I start it though MO2, it crashes back to desktop without it ever making it to the main menu. I've narrowed it down to this mod keeping it from starting. I can enable it and it will go to the main menu and give me access to be able to start my new game, but not with it disabled. I can understand if it did it when loading a save it is enabled on but I'm not sure why this would affect the menu from loading at all. Any ideas?
I can't get the firepower much over 150'ish, any chance you can make it more? I love playing on higher difficulties so I can be killed faster, and OP weapons kill enemies faster as well. The high stakes really make gameplay and firefights a lot of fun! :) P.S. this laser rifle looks soo damn good, I love using it, fantastic job!
The weapon can be boosted a lot, up to 500%. It's massively strong. Especially if it's automatic. If its wavelength is also high, it will destroy everything. All you see are red beams and your opponents are destroyed in your path. It can be customized very nicely. More just aesthetic changes, it doesn't change anything in the stats. There are also some reflexes from the scoops. There could be more, but this selection is enough. Its appearance is not so futuristic, but rather a simple special unit weapon from the movies. Due to its strength, it is also great against bosses. Maybe a bit OP, so not everyone needs to power it up. But it bothers me that I am leaving the given development opportunity fallow. Endorsed.
