Greetings, I personally pretty like the function of Button Lowered Weapons, that is lowering the weapon by long pressing R. FO4 Hotkeys has similar function: B=player.pa actiongunrelaxed; player.pa actiongundown, but nowhere could I find ways to bind the key to R with long press function. Could this be integreted into your mod?
I tried, but somehow I wasn't able to call up the menu, probably because the corresponding script is attached on a magic effect instead on a quest form. For now, try using FO4Hotkeys to access the armor item
I don't suppose you'd be interested in creating a hotkey for Courser Crusher? Specifically for switching out ammo types for the V3N rifle, so I don't have to use up an inventory item.
Seems like the Loadout-specific Outfit Switcher hotkeys don't work; only the 'Cycle Loadout' one does. I tried changing around the keys themselves cause I thought some other mod might be overwriting the numpad keys, but the Cycle Loadout key did work with whatever bind I put it at, while the others didn't.
happened here too, I went to outfit switcher home page and downloaded and installed an optional file that makes that work(requires f04 hotkeys). I got my individual loadouts working via hotkey 1-5, so I don't have cycle through them all to get the one I want. But I think I have to edit something in the hotkey ini because its got keys 6,7,8,9 as outfit loadouts, funny because theirs only 5 loadouts in outfit switcher. And those empty loadouts are taking precedence over other stuff I had assigned to keys6,7,8,9 . Hmm! can you actually use those extra outfit loadouts to get more than 5 loadouts ??
Edit.. okay just went into game and tried using aid item outfit configurator, and (lol)lo n behold more than 5 loadouts can indeed be used, so I'm good. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to bind keys f04 slots, the console command: hotkey <key to bind> hot <hotkey slot> . it says its added, but when applied console says something like command "hot" not found. This mod ,mcm hotkey works good slots 1-7 I set them off the default in the mcm-not numberpad numbers but regular keyb. numbers 1-7. Im trying to bind additional slots 8,9,0 ect. but wont let me.
I figured it out for anyone who has the same problem; you need to change the keybinds.json that comes with this mod, specifically the function calls into the OutfitSwitcher.esp. The function this mod calls has 3 parameters while this mod only provides one.

Thank you!
So I can put it in the data folder, install it as a new mod or add it to another mod like FO4Hotkeys eg.?

For example, you need to change this:
{
"id": "Loadout1",
"desc": "Loadout 1",
"action": {
"type": "CallFunction",
"form": "OutfitSwitcher.esp|802",
"function": "applyloadout",
"params": [1]
}
},
Into this:
{
"id": "Loadout1",
"desc": "Loadout 1",
"action": {
"type": "CallFunction",
"form": "OutfitSwitcher.esp|802",
"function": "applyloadout",
"params": [1, false, false]
}
},
After I did that for all the loadout bindings it started working.
