About this mod

Gunners have holed up inside a cliffside safehouse. They put their prized possessions inside it!
Go there and take them out, take their treasure and T-bag their corpses!

Requirements
Permissions and credits

Adds a new location just north west of Mahkra Fishpacking. Stuffed with 4000 bottlecaps, crafting materials, plenty of ammo, prewar money and more!
The best of all? It (mostly) all respawns after every 7 ingame days.

There is also a puzzle, there are 4 keys scattered throughout the building. try to find them one by one without having to lockpick any of the doors!


  • This mod requires Nuka World and Far Harbor installed (I used some misc items and static objects from those DLC's)
  • This mod requires Femshepping's Cliffside Player Home. Be sure to load the .esp file of Gunners Loot Safehouse mod after that mod.
    I named my .esp file the same of her mod so it wouldn't count to the max amount of .esp files one can have.Do note you can no longer build and claim Cliffside player home as a personal home. It's Gunners territory now!

Be sure to give Femshepping an endorsement. This mod wouldn't be as cool without hers.


Why this mod you probably ask;
I felt like starting a new playthrough felt bland and grindy.
I wanted to cheat items to my disposal but at the same time don't want to do that. 
I considered making a cool Gunners Hideout with some little lore behind it to justify looting the place.

What does respawn?
All gunners (at once too, no more ambushes)
Locks on the doors (but don't worry. You'll have the keys this time!)
All items except:
  •  Bobbypinboxes
  •  "Normal" Capstashes
  •  Stacks of items (they respawn as a single unit)


Q: What's up with all this "Glued Shut" items?
A: The Gunner Boss did this (read terminal). 
But the real reason is that ammo doesn't respawn in full stacked unit but as a single bullet.
Bring the glued items to a chemistry station and you can dismantle it for the real items inside. 
It is listed under "Gunners Supplies Dismantling" 
There is also a "Gunners Supplies Dismantlingx10" section where it's faster to dismantle bulks of items.

Q: You get way too much resources!
A: That is the point. If you are starting a new playthrough and you don't want to grind for stuff 
but don't want to cheat it either then go for this mod!

Q: The enemies respawned but the loot didn't
A: You didn't fully waited 7 ingame days. Enemies respawn faster than the loot.

Q: Im having issues with this mod that is not listed under "Known Issues"
A: Please post it in the Post section or Bug section. I'll have a look.


  • Ambush enemies immediatly respawn when returning to the Cliffside Home 7 days later (be warned, very crowded with gunners now!)
  • Terminal monitor flickers purple but seems fine when operating it
  • Stacks of items like the prewar money, materials and energy ammo respawn as a single unit.
  • Sometimes A gunner gets displaced behind the walls. Cannot do something about this. I already placed the spawn point in the middle of the room.
  • The location is still called "Cliffside Home" I've found no immediate solution to this. Let me know in the post section to fix this.
  • Nuka Cola Quantum also doesn't seem to respawn. Im going to look into this.

Gold Bars - FNV Dead Money Inspired Replacer - Gives gold, silver and copper bars a nice shiny touch!
Ammo Retexture- Gives ammo boxes a nice detailed look.
Tactical Military Equipment (Galac-Tac Redux )- Gives Gunners a fierce military organized look. Also shown in the screenshots of this mod.
