An interesting dark themed concept suitable for a really evil or misguided character.
Take a look at this character from the old comic book 2000AD called Judge Death.

Now there is some really smashing artwork for Judge Death and the slightly nicer Judge Dredd on the internet that may give some more inspiration, forget the film's, Dredd was ruthless and often used the catch phrase "The Sentence is DEATH".
Neither of them was a nice guy but Dredd upheld the law in mega city one, a post nuclear holocaust city that spanned from Boston to New York in a single city comprised of huge stratoscapers and flying highways in which crime was always rife and mini civil wars often broke out between gangs from different stratoscapers (each of these huge tower blocks was simply called a block and these wars were called Block Wars), after the nuclear war with so many people crammed into this one city (mega city one) the old law system failed so the Judges were founded in order to try to bring peace to the chaos and re-establish law and order, jury's and civil right's were abolished and the law enforcers called Judges were heavily armed and allowed to dispense justice (mega city one's penal code) as they saw fit, this led to the Judges realizing that everyone in the city was a potential perpetrator and citizens were then referred to as either Citizens or Perps, the Judges were far from gentle but over all they were fair.
Meanwhile in the alternate dimension were Judge Death was born all life had been declared a crime and so all life was extinguished by the Dark Judges after which Judge Death tried to invade the dimension were mega city one was based having wiped out not only his own mega city one but all life in his own universe.
Similar to the Fallout universe the majority of the earth is a radioactive wasteland filled with mutant monsters, cannibal tribes and rogue war robot's called ABC machines.
Skull mace and/or hammers, Starting as human skulls with mod options for super mutant, and deathclaw in such order for higher damages, also some nails, spikes and such for things like bleeding and AP.
Bone daggers, deathclaw claws and such.
Jaw axe, dog jaws, or deathclaw teeth/jaws.
Horn picks, Brahman, radstag, deathclaw.
Teeth fragmentation grenades.
Option for the bone rocket launcher to shoot skulls or a spray of smaller bones like molerat teeth (or maybe an explosive filled with such).
Bone pistol shooting poisoned teeth.
Jaw line dusters (bone knuckles).
Rib cage baseball bat (maybe call it lung crusher? as a unique legendary melee).
(Comedic value but still useful) Witch's slap, a modifiable tire iron (also wrench or pipe, Hell a glove weapon even like say using the meat hook handle haha) with various kinds hand skeletons.
Personally cause I'm kinda twisted I would LOOOOOVE a sniper rifle mod to give the sniper weapons a boned up cosmetic and fire finger bones.
