Hunting Rifle Overhaul v1.00

Change log

v1.00
* Changed .38 receiver to 5.56 receiver, it made no sense to me that you would change the ammo type of a hunting rifle to a pistol round.
* Added 5.56 receiver to levelled list, you should see enemies with them around lvl 15.
* I got sick of the fact that pistols had the possibility of having longer range than a hunting rifle, so I increased the ranges.
* I also added range, rate of fire and recoil changes to ammo conversion receivers as they would effect the performance of the rifle beyond mere damage.
* I reduced the percentage gained by damage receivers, because it made no sense that changing receiver for same ammo type could net 150% damage increase, I don't see how this is possible
* Changed Ammo Capacities to reflect physical size of magazine



Known Issues

* When Crafting the 5.56 receiver, it will still rename the rifle to .38, the only work around I'm aware of is manually renaming the weapon afterwards.



Possible Future Changes

I'm still not happy with the damage receivers, I don't see how changing a receiver will increase damage.
These are the changes I'm considering:
* Set the base damage to 60 or 65
* Remove Damage receivers
* Remove Light receiver?
* Change Gun Nut 0 receivers to change one of the following: accuracy, rate of fire or recoil
* Change Gun Nut 1 receivers to change two of the following: accuracy, rate of fire or recoil
* Change Gun Nut 2 receiver to change all of the following: accuracy, rate of fire and recoil
