The laptop is great, but unfortunately it's not easy to put it on other objects, or even on the ground.I would really like to see it in my textures, with the possibility of binding and two versions: on and off. And assembled)
This is the closest thing I have found to a G.E.C.K. Briefcase Looking Workshop Object, really nicely made.. love this terminal! I am going to use this and set it up in a way that gives the Vault I am making into a really detailed one.
Fully Endorse mods as creative as this, wonderfully modeled!
Using the esl version. I'm not going to call these bugs, more one limitation and one quirk - tried both and placement-wise they seem to only want to place at a set height (desk presumably) - thsi may be deliberate but creates some oddity, namely you can place them in mid air but try to place one on top of say boxes or a planter trestle in Graygarden, and it demands to be built a few feet above. Btw hard to tell them apart visibly, there's just some indication in build menu (one says 1 power required, the other just says requires power). And the wireless one works, at least to play holotapes, without power (didn't check the other one). Don't really have a problem with that (after all, your pipboy doesn't need a generator does it? Other than that they work except no solitare game on them...
That's the sacrifice you make for having something smaller with the tech they have. They don't have LCD screens in that era. Gotta fit all that chonky tech somewhere.
Exactly! But, I do see a critical problem - no floppy drive slot. And I mean a proper 5.25" floppy, not those ultra-modern sleek 3.5" ones... ...But wait, that panel on the side of the lid (preview pic 5) could well be a 5.25" floppy slot cover! Either way, I want one. Thanks to Pra.
