Ok I double checked the original text for weapon XX015FE0, "Worn Glock 19x," I don't think I used "Tan" for that weapon's name...? As in the screenshot, it says "Worn", Tell me if I'm wrong.
For the brand names, I know some of them are not quite accurate due to too much of direct translations, but transliterations help people to memorize those weapon modifications. Both correct and incorrect in some way, people used to pick on me for doing transliterations, for example "Vortex", I used "Wo Liu" as you already know, but if I do transliteration on that, that takes way more space and goes something like "Wo er te ke si", it's quite boring honestly. But I do get your meaning, professionally speaking, this is nowhere near being correct, as a mod localization, I don't want to make things overcomplicated for players to look at. I will attempt on changing some of these names you mentioned, but as I said, I tend to keep them as simple as possible, thanks for the feedback:)

Many brand names should be transliterated instead of free translation or machine translation:
Viridian
Leupold Deltapoint
Killer Innovations
Streamlight
Aimpoint
Vortex
Swampfox Kingslayer
