Croup Manor is a really cool spot for a settlement. Nahant is like the safest and most easily fortified place on the map and Croup Manor is up on a hill and overlooking the ocean. It's beautiful. But the house is totally screwed.
So I used the Snappy Built Kit to rebuild the house from the foundation up. I wanted it to look like a badass ancient mansion without totally breaking the lore. I went out of my way to use as few mods as I could so people could download this without having to go on a scavenger hunt, and because of that there isn't really anything in the house. But that's your job! It's your settlement. Do whatever you want with it. I just wanted the house to look good.
