Simple startup for your Sanctuary requested by "the kids" :-)
.
Sim Settlements ready :-) rows and columns setup for foundations with 500 power.
Slightly decorated and would love to see Your versions uploaded to FB Groups

Will show in Transfer Settlements Blueprints after installation - Sim Settlements ready (Red tiles between the white)
I made the blueprint on the Settlement Expansion and Flattening for Sim Settlements - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25237
For Sim Settlements, Import the blueprint, remove red tiles and replace them with the SS foundations.
The kids wanted me to upload without requiring SS so people with and without SS can use it.
Look forward to seeing what you guys build with it.
