I started playing with the GECK after Sim Settlements came out because I needed more room for Sim Settlements. I have expanded and flattened most of the settlements and for the most part they work great.Check the files tab for all the settlements I modded. I warn you all I am not a modder by any means, this was just done for me but I thought some might want to use them too.These settlements are HUGE.. more room than you could ever need..

My personal bunker I built is also included, entrance is in the laundry room of your old house, fast travel target is a little NE of sanctuary, can fast travel too and from. Unique weapons and Power armor in there as well, not real lore friendly but hey it's fun..



ACTIVATE THE WORKBENCH AT EACH LOCATION BEFORE YOU ACTIVATE THE PLUGIN FOR THAT LOCATION!!!!


Because of a bug report I need to re emphasize this,, any mod you use that edits the build area for any of these locations will cause problems..
Any scrap everything mod
WOTC
settlement expansion mods
mods that move spawn markers etc...


Red Rocket and Abernathy Farms are in the same file
Outpost zimonja and Tenpines Bluff are in the same file
Covenant and Taffington Boat House are in the same file.


You may have flickering or you may run into invisible objects at these settlements, a work around for that is to add to your Fallout 4 Custom ini file

Like I said this works for me and if you like it great if not, oh well. If you are a modder and have suggestions on how to make this better, constructive criticism is always welcome

Please post all of your screen shots and videos.... I would love to see all that y'all create.....

10/22/17...OK, so I spent yesterday trying to make all these Settlements play nice with Sim Settlements HUD Framework. There will still be some "dead spots" especially in Red Rocket, but it works much better now. Thanks to Neeher for pointing me in the right direction...If you have any problems please let me know..



There is an all in one file for those that want to use all of them, it should add one MOD to your Mods tab and 20 some plugins to your plugin tab, activate each plugin after you clear each location..

So, I had a thought that some of you only want to use a few of these settlements and not all of them. If anyone would like me to make a certain set of these .esp's into one .esp for you, let me know which ones you would like bundled up and I'll put it in the optional files. It's actually fairly simple, now that I figured out how to do it :)
