Vanilla blueprint for Taffington Boathouse using only main game and DLC items. I've used this as a trade hub when in the Malden area. This is a simple settlement with nothing fancy in the house, as I mostly focused on the shops. General, Clothing, Armor, and Weapon shops are outside along the main road. Doctor and Restaurant are downstairs in the house. Beds for 11 settlers. The locked boathouse is left untouched.
This uses Slot #27 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it a different slot.
Prior to import, scrap any trees or brush in the southeast portion of the property, as the crops and guard building will go there. Scrap all furnishings in the house, the existing crops on the ground if you wish, and any other trash laying about. You can scrap the fence or leave it there.
