Mi Seo is a Spy of The Democratic People's Republic of Korea. She is currently planning on going to an American veteran's hall with her husband Nate, who she has been in a romantic relationship with in order to gain information she can pass on to the intelligence service of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. She has adjusted to the harsh realities of living in the land of capitalism, but Mi Seo yearns for the farm life like she had in Korea. She dreams of establishing a settlement, where the proletarians are able to reap the products of their labor. But she can't do that here.

Yes I know that DPRK was annexed by China in the Fallout timeline but their culture and history would still exist, and in that case she would be a Chinese spy. If you prefer to believe the lore friendly story of her being a Korean spy of the PRC, I also recommended you download a Chinese assault rifle and Chinese stealth armor.
