If someone wants to make her a companion they are welcome. I am not good enough at modding to make that, but I would encourage it.
The only objection I have is that I suspect most modders on the Nexus may not know how to accurately and/or positively represent North Korean characters. I would suggest most modders to scrap her backstory if they aren't confident they could portray it well.
I'm not an expert on this, but it sounds to me that you may be seeing the vanilla nose. The nose on her was originally very small, so to get it similar to the screenshot I widened the nostrils a bit. If you're getting a wide nose I would try changing the nose type or reinstalling Oni cute asian face parts. I believe the Oni mod replaces some Vanilla noses with Asian cute ones, and in this case is not functioning correctly.
