Although it has been thoroughly play tested, with a mod this size I cannot guarantee there won't be any bugs. If you do encounter a bug please leave a detailed description in the bugs section. Give me information of what happened, what you were doing when it happened, and steps to reproduce it. The same goes for typos, because I often make them and find them difficult to spot. Please give precise information. In addition, if I'm not able to replicate an issue then I won't be able to fix it. Even if something is occurring for you it might not be a universal issue.
If you have a question, check the FAQs in the description first. I won't respond to questions which are in there, because I get them way too often.

Important: if you started your game using version 1.04 - 1.06, updating the mod to 1.07 onwards will cause the issue with objects disappearing from Workshop Willie's workshop that 1.07 fixed for players who started on a version earlier than 1.04. To fix this issue, you can either start your playthrough again on a clean save, or use the optional 1.09a version which restores Workshop Willie's workshop to its 1.04 - 1.06 location, but retains all the 1.09 updates. You will need to download the main 1.09 version, then overrwrite the esp with the optional file as 1.09a is an esp update only.

Thank you to everyone who has played the mod so far. As those of you who have downloaded the 1.09 update might be able to see, I'm currently planning a content update to add some new characters and quests. That means I won't be putting out updates as regularly, unless I identify and can fix a critical bug.

Version 1.10 is now out, which adds five new quests, two new characters; full affinity for Logan, with environmental dialogue and reactions to player actions; and a whole load of bug fixes. I've tried my best to make sure this all works on in-progress saves, and I've done a full playthrough on an in-progress save myself, but if you do encounter issues then this might be the cause. After

I'm doing the second knocklofty quest and when I go outside to supervise the launch he's not visible, he says one thing and then the quest doesn't proceed forward.

The one inside the armory section? You can't until you do the quest you get inside of Vault 4 from the general store woman, the one involving collecting pre-war holotapes.

How could I get Roscoe to talk about his past? So far I have only got the "veteran to veteran" talk and nothing special in his house, with no further quest hints.

Check the workbench for a safe, read what's inside, that's how you get to the next point

Good day, thank you for the mod, before installing, I decided to check it for conflicts with other mods via FO4Edit and found the following conflicts in the lines: MHDT-Max Height Data and World Default Level Data this mod has these lines empty, will this cause problems?
What are these lines responsible for?

How do I move forward the mayor quest if I've already arrested McDonough through Depravity so he won't talk to me regularly anymore?

So I just got "work" to deliver a weapons shipment to Rexford Day Spa? This doesn't exist in my game (although I think it may be part of the Depravity mod - which I have loaded but I haven't done yet)..... ??? Is this a bug or a planned feature and I need to catch up in Depravity first?

The weapon shipment radiant quests can go to any place that is tagged as such in the Creation Kit. It tends to favor mods. For example, if you have the VR Creation Club content that lets you go to virtual settlements, it will always send you to Desert Island East. Not West, not North, not South, not the Capital Wasteland, or the beach. Desert. Island. East. I think it's hard-coded into this mod. (If you don't know, Desert Island is a huge settlement, way bigger than Spectacle Island, and divided into four areas. So you have to do quite a bit of running and jumping to find the buyer. I'm almost certain this is an intentional piss take.)

How could I get into the National? Guard bunker? I collected the tapes but could not find a panel to enter the codes.

you mean the one next to the training yard, with the turrets and protectron inside? it's master locked, i just picked it. maybe there's a key somewhere? or unlock it via console.

there's also a door inside the bunker that leads to the basement, but for me there was a mod conflict where i had to toggle collision to get at the door because it was covered by a wall. But no problem from then on.

Yeah I meant for the indoors gate to the bunker.  Thought the wall was a delieberate item needed to be lifted with hidden mechanisms. Thanks for the tips!

    I finished the mod.

Very well-developed. Very well thought-out. The story, given the universe, makes sense, is engaging, and still gives those hints of "Oh this is fine OMG this is all really f*$#ed up!!!" that come with the Vaults. Videos, good sir.

Does not work for me at all in VR. Completely updated in Steam so I have no idea what the quick "Your Fallout 4 is outdated" could do for me. Does not show up on the map at all. Nothing out of the ordinary is in that area.

I have never really had a mod that just did not show up at all in VR. In fact, version numbers really never came into play before now, with this mod.

Has anyone gotten this to run in VR?
