Hello everyone. I've now decided to lock the bug report thread. The reason I've done this is, as you might be able to see from the lack of updates, I don't really support this mod anymore and I don't have much time for modding in general. As a result the bug tracker was filling up with issues, many of them duplicates, which I was never able to replicate and fix. If I'm being honest, it was getting to me a bit. I've left the tracker visible so people can see common issues experienced by others. I'm still working on new stuff, but these days it's very slow going because of other work commitments. I hope one day I can get something out! Thank you to everyone who still downloads and plays my mods. I hope you enjoy them.
April 2024 Edit: Given the new attention being paid to Fallout, I uploaded a new version of Fourville that had been on my PC for a while, but had not previously been uploaded here. Should address some of the old issues that have been sat round for a while. The above part of my comment still stands, however, and in general I'm not working on this mod anymore. I've moved onto new projects.
Vault 4 in the show was a prototype vault so there's a chance its number was on an entirely different registry than the regular vaults. Opens up the possibility of there being a non-prototype vault 4.
That and there are things in the show I more or less tend to disregard, like the wrist thrusters on the T-60 which seemed comically ridiculous to me. And Ghouls don't need some kind of inhaler to keep from going feral...
Ghoulification is a mutation that slowly progresses towards the feral stage but it takes an incredible amount of rads to do this rapidly or spontaneously. I doubt anti-rad meds would be effective anyway, especially not against what would equate as thousands of rads. Levels encountered in day to day life in the wastes is actually beneficial to them as it helps them to heal. The whole idea of ghouls needing a regular supply of an inhalant has never been shown before in the games and something that significant would have been revealed. The closest thing to this might be ultrajet but Murphy (FO3) never says anything that would suggest its anything other than recreational.
Was not expecting an update to this mod. Thanks for fixing up some of the issues! Think you could do the same for your Hilda Hughes and David Hunter mods?
The knife from the too many cooks quest is missing. I tried tcl to try and find it but after half an house of flying around i still haven't found it. Please help
