Hi ! 

Power armored gameplay is supposed to feel different from regular human gameplay. But in my experience, when you got your first power armor in concord at first you're like "woaw I got no fall damage and I destroy small obstacle while running through !  So cool". Then you realize you don't really get any special bonus from being in a frame (you can even easily reach the same amount of strength and even more by wearing regular armor and clothing). 

The goal is to make power armored gameplay more distinct from regular gameplay.

So it does the following :
-power armor now set your strength to 15 (was 11 in vanilla)
-power armor reduce incoming stagger and increase outgoing melee stagger by 50%
-power armor gives a flat +50 carry weight boost
-callibrated shocks modification is disabled, so you don't achieve absurd carry weight
-gives an hip fire accuracy equal to rank 2 of steady aim
-remove sway from scoped weapon (no need to hold breath)
-ennemies power armor health now take same amount of damage as player's one, and all are more durable (done via the pa enchantment, no PA pieces are edited)
UPDATE V2 (if you don't like it older version is still available) :
-pain train is enabled by default in PA but in a much weaker state (half the stagger and 33% of the damage), taking pain train brings its effect to the normal vanilla default and other rank still has the same effect. Also the animation works only if you have taken Pain Train rank 1, don't be surprised if you have no animation without taking the perk but the effects are still here. There's an optional file that enable the animation without taking the perk and make the animation only happens during fight.
-calibrated shocks aren't disabled anymore but instead gives a buff to pain train damage (the buff is 25 per legs, up to 50 with the mod on two legs. To have a comparison, pain train deals 5 without perk, 15 at rank 1, 30 at rank 2 and 75 at rank 3. These number are only the magnitude of the "spell" it applies to ennemy, I don't know the math behind the real damage it deals).
-also I've noticed a weird feature with pain train : when you hit someone with it, he is immuned to another pain train attack for 6 secondes. But when you take rank 3 this "cooldown" goes from 6 to 12 (that's a huge nerf). I changed that to 6 so the ennemi immunity to pain train is the same no matter your perk level.


But it also come with debuff to sneak :
-when in power armor you're 3 times easier to detect while moving
-sneaks perk doesn't affect you if you're in power armor
UPDATE V3
-sneak penalty while moving in PA reduce to 2 times (3 times prevented any use of the changes mentionned below)
-PA stealth boy effect now increase your sneak skill equal to max rank of sneak perk (different from movement detection, so while moving you're still easily detectable) while crouching and also the stealth effect stays if you move while sneaking, to provide some stealthy option for PA if you wanna invest in.

Seriously, being able to sneak in power armor, I can't be the only one who found it stupid ?

I highly recommend using it with LBPAC (no incompatibility, change from LBAC to paenchantment are already in this mod).
