   I kinda wanna just play with this for shiggles, but I can't be bothered to figure out how to apply the PNGs right now.
   
   I just like the idea of running through some big crazy clown trees.

      This is just to help you edit the actual textures by adding it as a layer. In say, Photoshop or Paint.net. But that's the great thing about modding. If you want to run around with huge colorful clown trees.

   That's similar how trees sometimes look in my game :P
   (Goes back to normal when i restart Fo4 or quit to menu and load save)
