Porting the original Stealth Suit voice files from New Vegas for use with this mod
I can't distribute files from Fallout: New Vegas in this mod, but I have set the mod up to work with the original files.
If you'd like to port them for yourself (for personal use only) all you need to do is extract the sound files from the Old World Blues archive, convert them from .ogg to .wav, then put them in the right directory. To do this I recommend 2 tools: Bethesda Archive Extractor (B.A.E.) and Yakitori Audio Converter. You'll also need FFmpeg to convert the .ogg files. You need Windows 64-bit and Static selected, and I recommend getting the "Release Essentials" version.
Once you have all 3 files downloaded, start by extracting B.A.E., then launch bae.exe. Select File -> Open on the menubar and navigate to your Fallout: New Vegas Data folder, then...
