The reason why this isn't categorized as a settlement is that the settlement initialization worked only on 4/6 of my characters. So well try yourself if it works for your companions
hmn, this is interesting, now prior to looking at this mod, i was looking for a possible settlement school for kids or a possible orphanage kind of mechanic, perhaps i could send children to my settlements but also build them an orphanage place for them to use in the settlement, something like this is what i was thinking.
i just saw this mod it seems interesting but it wont activated, i already activated it inside the game on mods list is there another way to activate it? or am i missing a file or something?
Thanks. I did it because it I found it's one of the location types that is missing in all those games. (Along with a basic pharmacy and a fire station). Also it relates to my job so it gave me a lot of ideas
This is right next to raider-infested Andrew Station. Seems like you'd have to clear out the raiders every single time you visited the place, as you'd surely trigger them just by walking near it. NPC's in this game are ridiculously perceptive. You get a caution threat level if you just stand up from sneaking and they're 5 floors above you.
Looks great, can't wait to try it. Hopefully it will initialize as a settlement--fingers crossed. edit: loads up fine as a settlement. A challenge build for sure, but works well. I personally couldn't click on the map marker without a CTD, but it might be something on my end.
