This mod looks awesome. Looked at what grass is used and I can't find PreWarLawnGrassObj03 anywhere in any of the texture files. Where is that grass located at? Theres only textures for Objs 1 and 2.
BTW, these only edit existing records, so they both can safely have the esl flag added to free up 2 slots.
Edit: Now that I’ve played with it a bit, I love this! I would be good with brown grass this short, but I’ll take green and short over the brown and scraggly of vanilla any time.

I am about to start a new playthrough with 'Another Pine Forest' as my preferred tree mod. The author says it does not break pre-combines, which is important to me. I have not used this mod before, but I liked an earlier mod ('A Forest') this author teamed with another creator to make. Might have had some issue4s with it which is why I switched. Can't remember the specifics because it was a long time ago.
Be aware that if you use these or another tree mod you might find trees growing through some buildings or objects -- especially if they are added by mods. I just disable and markfordelete them the first time I discover that. According to the author 'Another Pine Forest' tries to avoid that problem in vanilla game locations. We shall see.
It looks to me that you would have to install both files. That's what I am going to do. If it causes problems, I will uninstall Nuka World mod and revert to an earlier save file. You might want to give that a try, too.

As has been already noted, very easy to give it an esl flag in FO4Edit so that it doesn't count against your load order.
