Added observation window, also in domestic hall section, as known from Vault 75. It has two sides that snap to each other and two windows, one is transparent, the other one only one sided transparent

Everything navmeshed by hand, everything snappable (even to Vault Tec DLC pieces), utility halls and Vault 111 halls transmit power and have snaps for the DLC power connector.
All one-sided! The textures in my picture, the blue and yellow ones, come from this awesome mod from SpartanD1994 - go get it!
Thanks to kinggath for a very useful trick with navmesh and his tutorials! Also thanks to deadbeeftffn for helping me with nifskope :) Aslo also so much love to the guys here on nexus helping me with 'smaller' issues and finding ideas for new stuff!
Just give it a try, the workshop menu is script injected and won't cause issues
Be aware that you need to have the Vault-Tec and Far Harbor DLC installed!
