No spoilers to be revealed. If you use Sexy Hancock by Dysthe, and Depravity by Thuggysmurf and the Project Valkyrie team. You need this mod.

All this patch does is make sure that no matter the situation, or how much of the world is on fire, Hancock stays true to himself, and stays sexy no matter what.
All you need to do is go through the FOMOD, pick the Sexy Hancock that you did for the actual mod, and install that version in the patch. Other than that, just make sure this is loaded below Depravity and Sexy Hancock and you're good to go! No rocket surgery or anything.
It's just a patch plugin dependent on which Hancock you find the sexiest!
