This is a large-scale blueprint for Sanctuary Hills that will bring some life back into the settlement. Each of the houses has been "refurbished" to be made livable, including glass windows, patched walls, doors, beds, furniture, and decorations. The blueprint was made with the mindset that Sanctuary is the default player home settlement, as such, it was designed with some specific things in mind.

The player home is decorated as close as it can be to the pre-war version. The laundry room has been turned into a weapons storage, Shaun's room has been reorganized to be used by an older child, and the SS' room is now packed with storage units, a bobblehead display, and much more.

The "Minutemen" house is made to be used by Preston's merry men; Sturges, the Longs, and Mama Murphy all have their own rooms with a few trinkets here and there to show who the home belongs to. There's an armor, weapon, and chemistry station here for all your crafting needs.

The "Companion" house is for the "homeless" companions you'll meet across your journey. Preston, Cait, RJ MacCready, Danse, and even X6-88 call this place home.

The "Trader" house is for the unique top tier traders you'll encounter in the Commonwealth; Doc Anderson, Ron Staples, Smiling Larry, Trader Rylee, The Scribe, and Anne Hargraves. Some fresh flowers brighten the place up.

The "V88" house is meant for Curie and Tina once you get them out of Vault 88. Curie has her own experiment lab at the end of the hallway.

The "Vault-Tec" house is meant for the Vautl-Tec Rep. I always felt really sorry for the guy so I gave him own house, complete with some Vault-Tec relics for nostalgic reminisce.

The "Rec Room" house, complete with a pool table, a dance floor, and some Nuka-World arcade games.

The "Nuka Cola" house is meant for Sheffield, complete with a whole bunch of Nuka Cola decorations, a mixing station, and more.

Strong gets his own house because I need him as far away as possible from his possible lunch. He has a cooking station, don't ask what's in it.

Dogmeat gets his own house because he's a good boy.

The settlement also includes a two-story trade center. Floor 2 is home to Cheers, where all settlers will go at dinner time for some refreshing drinks and non-experimental Vault 88 soda.

Statistics are:
Food: 24
Water: 40
Power: 400, technically 900.
Defense: 290
Beds: 21, technically 23.

Note: It may take a few seconds to a minute before the lights come on.

DLC Requirements:
Far Harbor
Nuka-World
Wasteland Workshop
Contraptions Workshop
Vault-Tec Workshop

It goes without saying, but you'll need CDante's Transfer Settlements.
