Manually download the settlement blueprint. Do NOT use a mod manager unless the mod comes with other files. Go to your game folder - Data\F4SE\Plugins\Transfer Settlements\Blueprints. If you don't have this folder or any of the previous folders in the string, make them. You can store up to 50 blueprints within the Blueprints folder.

Open the zip or archive for the blueprint you downloaded. Some mod authors will already have the file structure inside, some will only have the blueprint file itself. You do not have to use the folder number the file comes in. You can make your own numbered folders. For example, you download a blueprint that comes in folder 5 but you want it to be folder 10. Do it! Just drag the blueprint .json file from the archive into your new, empty folder 10 and you're done.

You should also rename the files (which I recommend) so you can remember what they are. Some files have long names that may not make sense. Change it to something easy to recognize in your pip boy, such as: Sanctuary by [mod author] and then when you use Transfer Settlements in game, it will show as that title.

NOTE: After successfully importing your blueprint (and provided that you read the instructions and prepare to go far away for a few in game days) you may notice that when you attempt to fast travel or save your game it may appear that the game is frozen. Just wait. Sometimes saves or fast travel sit suspended for several minutes after import. It does eventually finish the save or travel.

    Patience is key.

Look here inside game's 'DATA' folder:
      F4SE > PLUGINS > TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS > BLUEPRINTS > 65 > Sanctuary Hills.json
If it is installed in wrong folder it will NOT appear in-game (i had that problem too).
The folders' names MUST be exactly as above.

EDIT: The mod has NO number with "65" (I added it)....

I think I put it in the wrong folder too, I already have a blueprint in folder 39, and that's where I put this one too

edit:Thank you for your quick answer

Did you added 39 by yourself? But do not forget to look such mod's install folder because some has folder number some not. And when you add a mod to a folder that is 'owned' by another blueprints mod one of the two will NOT appear in-game (this problem happened to me also).

EDIT: you can look at mod's content when you click on "Preview" in download section. I do it because I am using Mod Organizer 2

I put in the correct folder now and the blueprint appears correctly. the settlement was already built (it was really good)

Now how do I put each fellow in their room?

      Glad you solved the problem.
How long took settlement building time? You had no slowdowns or CTD while/after import?

Which fellow do you mean? I haven't tested this mod yet (installed, but not tested).

EDIT: I tested other mods' blueprints but had no luck (CTD or weird leftovers after import with success)

      come on:
1: approximately I think 2 to 3 minutes because I had some things already built in the settlement and others that I took later
2: when the deceleration not one. the game flows normally for me
3: I have Cait and Preston (besides the other Abitantes) in the settlement, just wanted him to sleep in his rooms and not in random beds.

It's about mod: I'm using it, and it's perfect no problem so far

So, tried to scrap with the Salvage Robot, activated EVERYTHING to scrap, the Robot did good job while I followed him.
I have to learn more about the Robot. I installed ScrapEverythign again but did NOT delete Salvage mod. I have to 'work' with the Robot more to know him better - until then SC mod will used...

But somehow it took way too long so I tried with Scrap Everything. Used 'scrapall' (while in 1st person view by the Workshop), started the Import. Looked at the Workshop, with ALT+TAB Desktop (while game running).

It was, when I switched to game at 40%, but after approx. 10 minutes CTD without warning.

I did something wrong, but what? I followed what I said before the Import procedure, but it did not work with this mod. I will try again, I am sure I forgot something....

Glad you enjoyed the blueprint! To get the followers into their beds, just assign them to them in workshop mode. It's a bit finicky sometimes, but mostly works.

    Hello, AlexFRD!
I am looking for Transfer Settlement Blueprints for all town/cities/settlements, but FULLY FURNITURED. Your city is one of my dreams. And your mods looks very interesting. But there are very rare such mods that does not require MANY MANY 'third-party' mods - but DLC/Vanilla only.

I just want to know if I need any scrapping mod because in the screenshots it looks like this city needs clean-up of the 'leftovers'?
I've installed Scrap Dead Things only but it does not scrap everything like Scrap Everything.

You won't need any mods that edit scrapping, this blueprint was designed using the vanilla scrapping limitations, just use scrapall in the console and you're good to go.

Thank you for the reply, Alex.
'Scrapall' command is very helpful for big areas like Sanctuary, because I used it earlier. Otherwise I needed at least 2 hours to scrap ALL scrap-able stuff using Scrap Everything.

Then I will scrap all BEFORE I start the Import of your beautiful mod. Is there any importANT thing before, while and after the import of your mod I have to pay attention? Some mod authors have different needs/requirements for their mods to avoid errors.

The electricity might take a minute or two to work, but assuming the import all goes well, you don't need to do anything else.

What I have learned so far with Transfer Settlement usage:

      Scraping the area
      Changing TS options
      deactivating NPC AI
      deactivating player comments
      activating power/electricity options
      nuking before Import
      using Workshop mode while Import
looking on/to) the wall/ground (even it can take 1+ hour!)

when Import is successful fully done with message windows,
doing FULL save (can take up to 20+ minutes)
      end the game
      start game/load the full save
walking/waiting/sitting/sleeping FAR AWAY from new build settlement for some days
WALKING to the NEW build area and starting sweaty work and hoping to get Electricity ASAP!

Hans, to ease the scrapping drudgery, try Settlement Salvage bot, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32212 you can configure what it scraps (or doesn't) and it works while you go play (or watch it work).

Transfer settlements is crippled by the locked 60 FPS. Try load accelerator https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10283 unlocked, I can usually look up at the sky (the best FPS) and get 130-170 FPS and TS goes though items faster than I can count them, so something like my sanctuary factory with 300 items is done before I finish making an instant coffee in the microwave 3 minutes later.

Thank you, AllWeaselToo for VERY helpful info.

I did not know that there are other LORE-FRIENDLY scraping mods like Salvage mod. The Robot looks cute and it will be my Assistant *smile*.

Thank you for the share of this mod.
I will install it and use ONLY this one (I read mod's descriptions). I deleted Scrap Everything, but had Scrap Dead Things installed, so it will be deleted too.

I have Load Accelerator already installed and did not know that it's very important. I am using it with ENBSeires and ENB Presets with the NAC - Natural and Atmospheric Commonwealth mod and its ENB mod.

Your welcome. Make sure to hit shift-pageup to manually unlock the FPS during the import/export, and then a second time when done, to lock the 60 FPS for the game physics to behave. You can set LA to display the FPS on screen for confirmation. The bot is missing a few categories of things I would normally get rid of, but if your fine with scrapall, the robot does less and does it in a lore friendly way. I like the Mr. Tidy robot that cleans up corpses the same lore friendly way. I use SKK's settlement attacks, so I create a LOT of corpses in settlements. :-)

SHIFT+PageUP,, another useful thing I did not know. Good to know. I will do it when importing this mod's blueprint.

But I am having still problems with TS blueprints, some imports and then CTD when it's reached some % (like 60), some does it very well but after the complete import there are many leftovers (vine, tree, grass, half of building inside new build settlement stuff).

Scrap Everything does really bad work because of Cell problems. But what it does what other mods can not do is, like the name says, it removes everything. SE has two sides - bad and good.

Normally I like it to scrap everything with SE installed even so it takes 1 hour (in big cities), but what I do not get is, to build a fully build and with furniture and all stuff it needs in it. I have installed MANY crafting/settlement mods and my workshop menu is going to its knees. But I somehow can not build properly, my city looks later like a Lego city - build by a 3 year old boy!

I wanted try this mod too but I want to learn first TS more to avoid problems, errors and crashes.

      Thank you again, AllWeaselToo.

I have a big factory and a bunch of living spaces in sanctuary, so I won't try this right away. However, I felt compelled to say I really like your settlement and I'll give it a shot on the next play-through. I especially like that you don't have a list of required mods. Nice work. I never tried to get Tina, isn't she bugged?

Cool, I hope you enjoy it when you try it! As for Tina, yeah she is super bugged. It can be fixed with the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch or using console commands to teleport her to your settlement, move her to your desired settlement, and boom, fixed.

Will the companions know to go to their own houses? Normally, I never know where my companions sleep. It sounds like a great settlement and I am going to download it now because I just started a new game and haven't been to Concord yet - or Sanctuary.

No, but you can assign them and other settlers to a certain bed, even if it is kinda finicky sometimes.
