My main issue is that there is no built-in water sources, so a mod like SephDragoon's Water Sources Expanded is necessary for survival use. Still vary good, and surprisingly the only good non-creation for Charlestown.
The Workbench is a full workbench, in an interior setting, meaning that Bethesda dictates that some items (for example large radio towers) cant be placed inside interior spaces. Other Mods that add content to the workshop may offer more options.
As for companions, they can follow you in and out, and *in theory* should be transferable in and out. Our limit testing, team is testing the mod with a wide variety of crazy scenarios to find issues with other mods, etc.
Thus, a future release may be in order to patch some technical issues that may arise.

is not always correct. My Steam installation, for example, is even on a different physical drive.
Instead, you should just display it as:
SteamApps\common\Fallout4\Data
