This is a vault home/settlement. I wanted a base available early game to support my tendencies to collect ... well everything. I'm a hoarder.. This is the result. This is a midsize vault close to Drumlin Diner. It's also listed on the map. Water, Power and Recruitment Beacon are in the utility room on the main floor atrium. Just under the stairs. You have to hook up wires after you claim the workbench. The utility room is also big enough for crops.
Sorter chests are a separate mod found here. VRR Sort Chests This way you can use them in any settlement from workshop menu.

A few features
New settlers will use the armor/clothing you equip to the 2 mannequins in the entrance workshop room.
When swimming/showering female settlers will use what ever swim outfit you place in the swim locker upstairs. Only one piece clothes will work. If you don't put any clothes in the locker they will swim with nothing on. You can use more than one outfit.
There is a locker for sleep outfits too. Only one piece clothes will work. When female settlers go in their bedrooms they change to whatever sleep outfit you place in the locker. You can use more than one outfit. If you don't put any clothes in the locker. They sleep with nothing on.
Most furniture that can't be scrapped from workshop can be hidden with the terminal.
You can hide bridge and trees with terminal.
Pool is lighted and a few options available in terminal.
Private Bedroom with fireplace and secret view. Just try the buttons.
Power box in pool room to hook up slot machines. You might have to select the power box in workshop and move it a little before wires will work.
A platform at pool for those who use Singing Settler. Which I highly recommend. If you do be sure to turn on the option in the terminal. It will give you some extra effects when the singer gets to the mic.
Choose in the terminal whether to use male of female mannequins. If you change later be sure to remove all the items from mannequins first or you will lose them.
There is a trader post in the entrance just outside the gear door.
