Sorry for the delay. I've uploaded the old sounds as an optional file. For some reason I was messing with some sound files for other mods and I thought in the beginning that those sounds in the folder were from somewhere else that I didn't have permission to upload so I "had" to change then. Later I realize that those were the original sounds all along.
I use both, mainly due to the melee 'jab' on the Deliverer set when neither of these weapons use bayonet add-ons... seems silly IMO lol. I prefer the overhand pistol-whip version provided here. The rest of the animations are basically the same.
For those who install this and "9mm Pistol Ammo for Beretta 92-FS" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34653), nvm it's impossible to get them to work. Omg I hate modding lol. Can't add either or as a master to each other. They're probably just incompatible to the core if using the esl versions. I'll bet it would be super easy to add the 9mm ammo to this file if you use the separate esp version, or not, whatever. I give up. lol. But this is by far the best animation mod for the Beretta, period. Thank u so much!
Download FO4EDIT, open FO4EDIT, select this mod and 9mm pistol mod you want, apply master with a right click to the Beretta mod: 9mm pistol, and then go to weapon, put AMMO in Filter by name, change ammo to 9mm with the dropdown menu and npc ammo list to 9mm too. Then you'll want to do it the the rest of the six pistols (the rest are just legendary pistols). The only complication in this is all the various options, which is easy to navigate through anyway.
O yes, no I do that all the time. In fact, I almost never download an esp I don't edit thoroughly. Names, levelled lists, adding whole lines from other mods that overwrite. The works.
But you see, when I try to add the 9mm pistol as a master, it says no...
Whenever that happens you can do a work-around by adding a new plugin, such as using M8r's complex sorter. You can add both mods as masters to the new plugin long as it's loaded last.

for better "M9-FS" Animations, especially when using Modern Weapons Replacer.
