Transfer settlement file for Tenpenny Tower from Fallout 3

This is Tenpenny Tower from Fallout 3.
It is built at Starlight Drive In
It was built using only two Mods.
Snappy House Kit for the structure ...Such an awesome Mod
Power free turrets elevators and more for the elevators..Another great Mod.
The structure is complete with the exception of the very top floor. (That one is for you)
It is not furnished...I wanted to keep the mod list very short.
The next update will be furnished.....Will require more mods.
It consist of roughly 5000 items. I had the best luck importing it then entering workshop mode. (Seemed faster)

Player Suite
Tenpenny's Suite with Balcony
Lobby
Grand Ballroom
Many Suites
Tons of living space
Stair wells
Elevators

I got really stoked by the Capitol Wasteland project and I wanted to add this to my game. https://capitalwasteland.com/
I am in no way affiliated with that group but they are doing great things.
Instructions:
Extract the file in you Transfer Settlements Folder...I used 25
I did not scrap everything. Only the center area and the Diner and projector. (See screenshot). The remaining debris adds a touch of realism.
You will need some form of building mod such as Build High due to the height of the tower
I have built many settlements but have not published one. Please enjoy it. comment if you have issues please.
