I think it all goes to calculating your chance of surviving combat. Idea in this mod is excellent, although when I found this mod just right now, right when my finger was close to download, the head recalculated. When do I even have this 5% health? Never. That low, and I'm already dead. Rarely have 50%. Playing hardcore we pretend that we play with death itself, so allowing them to kill you is unacceptable. You know, with fallsouls and all of that crap, I approach to fighting cautious, so often I end with flawless victory; if health starts to drop, it means trouble, so x for stimpack, v for psychojet, bb for two water. there's no room for cool dmg bonus on 50% health:). And so if I play that way, most other fools have their own harsh rigors of surviving on the wasteland:). But it's great idea for a mod. It should be incorporated into game as vanilla feature.
Love this one, i made the step a bit different though, the damage increase only happens when health are below 50%, and first 5 ranks increase 2.5%, last 5 ranks only 1.5%. Thanks for the great mod.
